Rainbow Fruit & Vegetable Board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints strawberries, washed
  • 1 pint tomatoes, washed
  • 2 pints raspberries, washed
  • 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 mangos, sliced
  • 3 oranges, sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced
  • 1 pint orange tomatoes
  • 1 pint yellow tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch carrots, peeled
  • 1 small bunch yellow carrots, peeled
  • 3 lemons, sliced
  • 1 pint green grapes, washed
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint snap peas, washed
  • 3 kiwis, sliced
  • 3 limes, sliced
  • 2 pints blackberries, washed
  • 1 purple cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 pints blueberries, washed
  • 1 small head radicchio, washed
  • mint to garnish
  • edible flowers to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables. Set aside. In rainbow color, fill a platter with all of the prepared produce. Garnish with edible flowers and mint.
