  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • food color gels


  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
  3. Evenly separate batter into 6 bowls. Add the food coloring to each batter creating the rainbow colors. Pour the batter onto a heated griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Keep the griddle on low heat in order to prevent the pancakes from browning.
