In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
Evenly separate batter into 6 bowls. Add the food coloring to each batter creating the rainbow colors. Pour the batter onto a heated griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Keep the griddle on low heat in order to prevent the pancakes from browning.
My boys enjoy making homemade tortillas with me. It’s fun for them since they get to use their hands to mix and knead the dough. The texture is just like play-doh!
