Rainbow Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- food color gels
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
- Evenly separate batter into 6 bowls. Add the food coloring to each batter creating the rainbow colors. Pour the batter onto a heated griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Keep the griddle on low heat in order to prevent the pancakes from browning.
