Cherry Vanilla Yogurt with Honey Balsamic

Ingredients

  • balsamic vinegar
  • honey
  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium-low heat.
  2. Simmer, stirring constantly, until the liquid is reduced by about half.
  3. Pour liquid into a small bowl, set aside to cool.
  4. When ready to serve, scoop 1 cup yogurt into each bowl.
  5. Top with cherries and pistachios.
  6. Drizzle with honey balsamic.
