Ginger Pomegranate Paloma
Don’t let the holidays slip by without making a seasonal cocktail.
Notes
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- ginger beer to taste
- 1 ruby red grapefruit, sliced
- pomegranate peril for garnish
- mint leaf for garnish
Instructions
- To make the cocktail, add pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, syrup, and tequila in a shaker.
- Shake until mixed.
- Fill glass with ice. Pour drink over ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with sliced grapefruit, pomegranate perils, and mint.
