Crock Pot Arroz con Leche
Easy arroz con leche is delicious any time of the day.

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup short-grain rice (I prefer to use Italian Arborio rice)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate perils
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 apricot, sliced
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 1 passion fruit, halved
- coconut chips
- edible flowers
Instructions
- In a crock pot on low heat stir in milk, rice, cinnamon stick, salt, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and raisins.
- Stirring occasionally, pudding is done when milk has been mostly absorbed and rice is soft about 3 hours on low.
- Serve in a bowl with fresh fruit sprinkled with coconut chips and edible flowers.
