Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 red bell peppers, quartered
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into extra thick slices
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss vegetables in canola oil and season with kosher salt.
  • Grill until tender. Serve with Carne Asada.
