Avocado oil Vinaigrette
A simple dressing that can be whipped up in seconds.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, agave, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
