Ginger Pomegranate Paloma

Notes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila
  • ginger beer to taste
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, sliced
  • pomegranate peril for garnish
  • mint leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. To make the cocktail, add pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, syrup, and tequila in a shaker.
  2. Shake until mixed.
  3. Fill glass with ice. Pour drink over ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with sliced grapefruit, pomegranate perils, and mint.
