Ingredients
- 3 fried corn tortilla
- 1 cup refried beans
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese, grated
Instructions
- To assemble tostadas, spread warm refried beans evenly onto the shell.
- Add lettuce, pico de gallo, and avocado slices.
- Squeeze lime juice to taste and sprinkle with cotija cheese. Serve immediately.
