Ingredients

  • 3 fried corn tortilla
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. To assemble tostadas, spread warm refried beans evenly onto the shell.
  2. Add lettuce, pico de gallo, and avocado slices.
  3. Squeeze lime juice to taste and sprinkle with cotija cheese. Serve immediately.
