Cherry Vanilla Yogurt with Honey Balsamic

Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar
- honey
- 4 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups cherries, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium-low heat.
- Simmer, stirring constantly, until the liquid is reduced by about half.
- Pour liquid into a small bowl, set aside to cool.
- When ready to serve, scoop 1 cup yogurt into each bowl.
- Top with cherries and pistachios.
- Drizzle with honey balsamic.
