Creamy Avocado Dressing

This is a refreshing sauce that can dress up any salad, chicken, beef, tacos, or even pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor or blender, blend together avocado, cilantro, yogurt, green onion, and garlic. Add lime juice.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Thin dressing with milk to desired consistency.
