Rainbow Hibiscus Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce hibiscus tea
- 1.5 ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 egg whites
- edible flowers and mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixer, on high speed, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, hibiscus tea, lime juice, vodka, and Angostura bitters. Shake until chilled. Pour into a glass. Carefully spoon whisked eggs whites onto the chilled cocktail. Garnish with edible flowers and mint. Serve immediately.
