I use this on everything- proteins, veggies, sandwiches or just with bread. YUM!
- 1 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- season with kosher salt
- Wash, remove stems, and finely chop cilantro.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and chili pepper flakes.
- Whisk in olive oil.
- Season with salt to taste.
