Cilantro Chimichurri


I use this on everything- proteins, veggies, sandwiches or just with bread. YUM!

Cilantro Chimichurri

Serving Size: 4


  • 1 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • season with kosher salt


  1. Wash, remove stems, and finely chop cilantro.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and chili pepper flakes.
  3. Whisk in olive oil.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
