Ingredients
- 1 roll
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 ounces grilled steak, sliced
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1 chipotle peppers, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 small avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup queso fresco
- 1 tablespoon ?cilantro, chopped
- pickled jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Using a serrated knife, slice open the roll.
- Using the back of a spoon, press down on the interior sides of the roll, creating an indented pockets to hold ingredients.
- Spread butter on both halves of the roll. Under a broiler, slightly toast the rolls.
- To prepare the sandwich, spread adobo sauce to each side of the bun.
- Add chipotle peppers on top of each half.
- Add the steak to the bottom half of the bun and then add the tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, queso fresco, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños.
- Close the sandwich and wrap tightly in butcher paper.
