Roasted Chili Lime Pumpkin Seeds

Simple roasted pumpkin seed recipes to use after carving!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF. Grease a baking sheet, set aside.
  2. In a medium size bowl, mix together hot sauce, chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Stir in pumpkin seeds. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spread seeds in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring seeds halfway through baking time.
