Roasted Chili Lime Pumpkin Seeds
Simple roasted pumpkin seed recipes to use after carving!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300ºF. Grease a baking sheet, set aside.
- In a medium size bowl, mix together hot sauce, chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
- Stir in pumpkin seeds. Mix until evenly coated.
- Spread seeds in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring seeds halfway through baking time.
