Maple Bacon

The perfect combination of salty and sweet.

Maple Bacon

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 4-6


  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheets with wire racks.
  2. Lay bacon in a single layer on the wire racks. Bake bacon for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and brush with maple syrup.
  4. Continue to bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, turn bacon, and brush other side with maple syrup.
  6. Return to oven and continue to bake until crispy.
