Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers, quartered
- 1 yellow onion, cut into extra thick slices
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Toss vegetables in canola oil and season with kosher salt.
- Grill until tender. Serve with Carne Asada.
