This is a refreshing sauce that can dress up any salad, chicken, beef, tacos, or even pizza!
- 1/2 avocado
- 3/4 cup cilantro
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
- Using a food processor or blender, blend together avocado, cilantro, yogurt, green onion, and garlic. Add lime juice.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Thin dressing with milk to desired consistency.
