Rainbow Hibiscus Sour

  • 1.5 ounce hibiscus tea
  • 1.5 ounce lime juice
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 egg whites
  • edible flowers and mint for garnish


  1. In a mixer, on high speed, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, hibiscus tea, lime juice, vodka, and Angostura bitters. Shake until chilled. Pour into a glass. Carefully spoon whisked eggs whites onto the chilled cocktail. Garnish with edible flowers and mint. Serve immediately.
