Blood Orange Mimosa

  • 12 ounces blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne
  • sprigs of thyme for garnish


  1. Pour 2 ounces of chilled blood orange juice in each champagne flute.
  2. Top with chilled champagne.
  3. Garnish with additional blood orange slices and sprigs of thyme.
